About our new home page

After months of design, research, testing and customer feedback, we are pleased to have launched the new epson.com.au home page. We hope you like the new look and are easily able to find the items you are looking for.

Why have you changed the home page? How has the home page been improved?

The epson.com.au home page was updated to maximise its usability and ease of navigation as well as to improve the look and feel. We believe our home page represents the face of Epson Australia and as a result it should be clean modern and reflect key elements of design. We believe our customers’ experience of visiting our website should be an enjoyable one therefore look and feel and ease of navigation are extremely important.

The new home page has been redesigned to assist you in finding what you are looking for. We have reduced the number of messages on the front page so only those that are ‘key’ remain in order to avoid clutter and confusion. In addition we have tried to modernise the look and feel by increasing the level of animation.

Will you make any other changes to your site?

Our web page will continually evolve and be updated with new information. Apart from these ongoing changes sections of our website will be updated to reflect our new look and feel. The aim will be to improve general appearance and the ease of which you can find the information for which you are looking.
