In keeping with a long–held practice of meeting the evolving needs of the digital photographer community, Epson has designed the Stylus Photo R1900 with direct–from–camera printing PictBridge support and dual USB 2.0 Hi–Speed ports.
PictBridge: Epson was a world leader in introducing PictBridge support with desktop photo printers. Maintained with the Stylus Photo R1900, PictBridge is an industry standard technology that supports the printing of images direct from the digital camera, bypassing the need for a computer.
Once your Stylus Photo R1900 and PictBridge–compatible digital still camera (DSC) are connected to each other, all that's needed to create beautiful photographic prints is to use the DSC's on–screen menu.
Dual USB ports: The Stylus Photo R1900 can be connected to a second PC or Mac without the typical disconnect/reconnect hassle that's part for the course for a single USB port printer.
