UltraChrome Ink covers the entire Euroscale coated gamut. Combined with the optional Epson STYLUS RIP Professional, the Epson STYLUS PHOTO 2100 transforms into a digital pre-press proofer supporting the A3/A3+ size. This proofer has incredible performance with enhanced black reproduction through its use of light black ink. In addition, it has a reduced proofing approval cycle, through UltraChrome Ink's high colour stabilising speed.
The Epson STYLUS RIP, popular for its high-quality output, has been now upgraded to the Epson STYLUS RIP Professional. The Adobe PostScript® 3™ software is preinstalled and greatly improves the output quality and processing speed. This software, which supports the industrial standard ICC Profiles, is full of new functions such as a CMYK simulation edit function and a Pure Black function. In addition the Windows version has a Share Folder function that starts the RIP processing when a PDF or PostScript file is moved into a specified folder by the drag and drop function.
