Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Quality economical Colour A3+ Printer for photo printing An impressive printer, easy to set up. Excellent quality output for color photos; so-so for black and white printing. Pleasing to see quality photo printing at an affordable price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Major limitations but possilbe to work around I bought it for quality output (A3) as a member of a photo club. Initially I was extremely disappointed with the output - heavy green colour cast. Its is possible to get good quality prints from this machine but only if you throw out the standard recommendations with Photoshop, for example. My recommendations are to ensure you have an ICM profile for your paper (although I have found the generic ones baked into the installation for Epson papers work well with superior Ilford glossy). Turn printer ICM off, use Perceptual with Black Point Compensation on. Also, use standard Photo since, with Best Photo, everything is over-saturated. Also, don't try to get good results with matte paper - too much ink bleed. Matte can be used for special effects but again use standard photo, not best photo. OK for the price if you are prepared to use a lot of ink and paper to optimise settings but think about spending more if you can.
