Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password you can have it e-mailed to you immediately.
- Click on the 'Forgotten your Password?' link, found on the left hand side below the 'login' box on the home page.
- Enter in your e-mail address.
- Click the 'Submit' button.
- Your password will be E-mailed immediately to the e-mail address entered.

New Member Account
To open a new member account.
- Click on the 'First time registering' link, found on the left hand side below the 'login' box on the home page.
- Read the Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.
- Enter your 'Personal Details'.
- Ensure that your E-mail Address and other details are correct.
- Check one or more of our Club Epson websites that you would like to be registered with.
- Click the 'Submit' button to request a new Member Account.

What you can view
Starting at the My Account page you can view:
- Register a Product - Register Multiple Epson Products
- Registration History - View Registered Products
- Update your Details - Change your personal details
- Change your Password - Allocate a new password
- Home - Return to the Home page to Buy Now!

Checking Registration History
To check the history of your regsitered products:
- Start at the 'My Pro Graphics Account' page.
- Click on the 'Registration History' link.
- In the 'Registration History' table, 'Registration History' will show you the current warranty status of your registered product.
Your registration history shows:
- Date Added
- Product Name
- Serial Number
- Expiry Date

Changing personal details
To change your Personal Details:
- Start at the 'My Pro Graphics Account' page.
- Click on the 'Update your details' link.
- Change the appropriate fields in the 'Personal Details' form.
- Click on the 'Submit' button to make your changes.

Changed e-mail address
If you have changed your e-mail address since registration, you should update your personal details with your new e-mail address.
To change your e-mail address:
- Start at the 'My Account' page.
- Click on the 'Update Details' link.
- Enter your new e-mail address in the 'E-mail Address' field of the 'Personal details' form.
- Click on the 'Submit' button to change your e-mail address.

Damaged products
If your order fails to function on set up, is damaged, broken or fails
within 7 days of purchase it may be deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA). You
should inform Epson of any products that are DOA so that Epson can arrange
for them to be replaced. Prior to contacting Epson please perform the
simple checks in the DOA Checklist within Epson's Website Terms of Use. If you believe that
your order is DOA contact Epson Customer Service

Warranty Period
Subject to Epson's warranty conditions, new Epson products are expressly warranted by Epson Australia PTY Limited against defects in materials and workmanship of the Epson Australia Product for a period of 12 months from the date of orginal sale by the Dealer or Agent. - Enter your new e-mail address in the 'E-mail Address' field of the 'Personal details' form.
- Click on the 'Submit' button to change your e-mail address.
