Utilising the latest ASIC technology, the Epson Stylus™ PRO 10600 maximises print data throughput and thus achieve the ultimate in speed and productivity. The printer driver compresses the application print data without processing and transmits it directly across the high speed interface to the Epson Photo Accelerator module. The Photo Accelerator then decompresses the data and applies sophisticated colour matching and half-toning for precise image reproduction at data transmission and processing speeds in excess of twice that previously available.
