Matte Black Mode (Matte Black + Light Black)
With three (3) times the density of previous black inks this mode is optimised for matte surface media such as: Epson Enhanced Matte Paper, Epson Smooth and Textured Fine Art Papers and Epson Watercolor Paper. This mode is suitable for fine art reproduction, photography, short run poster printing, graphic design, computer-aided-design and newspaper proofing.
Dual Black Mode (Matte Black + Matte Black)
Optimised for printing onto plain papers such as: newsprint and plain bond paper. This six-colour mode is recommended where print speed is favoured over image quality. Suitable for newspaper proofing and black and white intensive CAD drawings.
