Variable Size Droplet Technology
This unique Epson technology exerts precise control of each nozzle in the Epson Stylus™ PRO 10600's MicroPiezo™ print head. The result of this control is an ink droplet "free distribution" capability, with each nozzle able to produce any one of three different size ink droplets in the one printed pass. Aside from contributing to the printer's overall high speed rating, VSDT represents excellent continuous tones and photographic transitions.
