Epson wins best photo printer and best flatbed scanner awards.

Sydney 18 May 2004: Epson received a double accolade at this year's Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) awards in Europe, winning both the best photo printer and best flatbed scanner categories.

The Epson Stylus Photo R800 printer and Epson Stylus Perfection 4870 Photo scanner were both recognised by the 31 publications that belong to TIPA for their outstanding innovation and technical excellence.

Both the R800 printer and 4870 scanner will be on display at the Epson stand at Photo Imaging World on 21-23 May in Sydney.
