Epson releases the Stylus C67 and Stylus C87 for cost efficient and durable home and office printing

Sydney, 6 October 2005: Epson Australia has released the Epson Stylus C67 inkjet printer - replacing the popular Epson Stylus C65 - and the Epson Stylus C87, a new product in the Australian market designed for home printing needs.

The Epson Stylus C67 and Stylus C87 use the new DURABrite Ultra ink technology. With the economic benefits of individual ink cartridges, Epson's DURABrite Ultra ink set is water, smudge and fade resistant for long lasting photos and documents with no compromise on quality.

DURABrite Ultra ink has enhanced gloss on paper, improved media support and increased light fastness# up to 120 years on selected Epson paper, for diverse printing in both the home and home office environment.

With a high quality 5670 dpi resolution, using variable sized droplet technology and an Epson MicroPiezo(TM) print head for smaller and more uniform ink droplets, the Epson Stylus C67 and Stylus C87 satisfy the full range of document and photo printing needs. The Stylus C67 and Stylus C87 print beautiful true border free prints on A4, 5x7 or 4x6 paper, so users can create professional looking photos with ease.

The Epson Stylus C87 prints at up to 22ppm (pages per minute) and the Epson Stylus C67 prints at up to 17 ppm (pages per minute) for images and documents without a lengthy waiting period.

Both the Epson Stylus C67 and Stylus C87 use Epson Intellige(TM) cartridge technology which allows users to easily view ink levels, and works with the printer to ensure high print quality and trouble free printing.

New application software featured with the Epson Stylus C67 and Stylus C87 includes Epson Creativity Suite and Easy Photo Print, along with Epson PhotoQuicker, Print Image Framer (including Disney PIF) and Epson Web-to-page.

The Epson Stylus C67 is $109 RRP including GST and the Epson Stylus C87 is $149 RRP including GST and both are available from Epson retailers.
