Epson offers new 3 year Preferred Warranty for the Epson Stylus Pro GS6000
Epson is offering a new three year Preferred Warranty and Maintenance program exclusively for the Epson Stylus Pro GS6000 solvent inkjet printer, to ensure customers get optimal productivity from their equipment and high level technical support if required.

The Epson Preferred Warranty provides a range of benefits above those of the 12 month Standard Express Warranty, such as parts and labour, onsite scheduled preventative maintenance, priority job placement and telephone support, and direct assistance by a senior technician.

Epson’s Business Solutions Manager, Craig Heckenberg, said Epson’s close involvement with its customers across a range of industries meant it understood their special needs and, as a result, Epson strived to develop products and services that met and exceeded their expectations.

“The Epson Preferred Warranty is an example of Epson staying ahead of our customer needs. Our aim is to provide as close as we can get to 100% up time for our customers so that they can maximise productivity and the return on their investment,” Mr Heckenberg said.

The 3 year Epson Preferred Warranty is validated through the Epson Service Record book that is updated at each scheduled preventative maintenance service at 6 monthly intervals.

The 64 inch eight colour Epson Stylus Pro GS6000 is Epson’s first solvent inkjet printer and is designed to be the most operator friendly and highest quality solvent based printer for the sign and display market. It uses Epson’s new generation UltraChrome GS eight colour ink set with a uniquely formulated solvent ink chemistry developed by Seiko Epson chemical engineers.

UltraChrome GS solvent ink is nickel-free and has fewer harmful VOC (volatile organic compounds) than other solvent based inks. Prints made with this revolutionary solvent ink are virtually odourless, eliminating the need for expensive ventilation and air purification systems to protect the operators.
