SilverFast is a high-end stand alone scanning and colour reproduction software that offers master tools for scanning and high-quality scans to professional as well as novices. Its unique Stand-Alone function ? the SF Launcher? enables it to work independently from any other imaging software. It is also the well-known award-winning Photoshop and Twain Plug-In that both runs on Mac / PC Platforms. The user can tune in each operation by the input values and control the densitometer at the same time. Or rely on the Intelligent Automatic functions and monitor the corrections on a real time preview.
SilverFastAi supports more than 200 flatbed, film and drum scanners and can be optionally extended with an IT8 calibration set.
The JobManager function is included as a Standard functionality. SilverFast is designed for optimized image processing, allowing multi-users scans and colour management; thus increasing productivity and ensuring high quality.
