Rated 3 out of 5 by from Photograph print not working correctly Since early Nov 2016 I am unable to print photographs even though I set the computer and printer software to 6"x4", full page, glossy photo, the error telling me that there is an empty cassette/paper jam - replace or remove paper then press print. Even though I do this the error reoccurs.
