The product just works very well
I needed a scanner in a hurry as my MFC had died and I have decided that I no longer require a fax but do require a scanner. I went to a retail store and viewed and compared the offerings. This scanner is very small and closes up nicely and has a very acceptable resolution. I decided it was the one for me. I am running Windows 10 x 64 bit - running very well - and unpacked the unit, placed the CD in the reader and away the installation went. Plugged in the scanner when asked and the whole installation was finished very quickly and seamlessly. I set the scanner up in Windows for colour 600 DPI and then scanned some pages. The results were excellent and very fast as well. My only grumble is that some very thin paper did jam but that is to be expected - it was very thin - normal thickness paper scans very well. Recommended.

Epsom DS-520 - Speed & Clarity
We purchased this product to scan that ever growing mound of paperwork that must be retained. The quality and scan speed is very fast and we are most happy with our purchase. The footprint size of the product is small which for a small home office, fits in perfectly.

easy setup. excellent product outcome and fast.
I have just taken the DS-50 out of the box and installed.
the process was really easy even for a non tech person like myself.
Scanning is fast and clear and easy to deposit image in desired location. image quality is excellent.
I have been waiting for something as easy to use as this for a while. thank you EPSON

This product has simple features and are user friendly
The portal to use with a server, should be marketed at the point of sale, and should be cheaper.
The paper feeder has not picked up the paper and we needed to make ourselves familiar with the paper amount.
The feeder should take only the amount it can without any help.
