Great product, software downloads needs revisiting
Only used a few times but so far very happy with the product!
Great quality images produced, so far much better than my usual photo lab. Constructive feedback is the software downloads weren’t obvious could do with an easier step by step here.
Finally can scan my own photos at home

Good product but software download not obvious, on/off switch not where described
On/off switch position not described in introductory guide or anywhere I could find on internet, software download not obvious, scan 2 nothing like instructions on CD rom, does not seem much use, ie no target document, easy scan much better and follows guide. Once I got it going ok, it is an excellent produc

The scanner was easy to set up and use, providing excellent images.
The installation and set up was easy. Scanning of both photographs and negatives delivered excellent results.

So much better than old scanner
I bought a competitor's scanner 20 years ago, and it finally gave up. I was anxious about spending so much on the V600, but after just one day I am so impressed. Love the way it sorts and scans multiple photos to multiple images - and I have yet to try slides. Very happy customer - would recommend
