Rated 4 out of 5 by from Whereas this product has very good features, some are lacking The instructions provided for the printer set-up do not match the set-up for my PC. Further, they are difficult to comprehend and apply . Also, much of the CD provided is dated by more than three years and older in some instances than the apps I downloaded for my 7620 workforce printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Purchased new WF-7830 to replace my trusty old WF-7720 Install on Work Laptop (given config lockdown) was fast and flawless. I hope to get the same from this unit as i did from Previous Printer.
