DTG Head Cleaning Set

Your Epson DTG printer features integrated self-cleaning. The system incorporates a number of consumable components that periodically need to be replaced. It is important that these are replaced as per the schedule and process listed in your user manual &/or advised by the printer. If this is not performed in a timely and correct manner it may cause problems with the printer, the cessation of operation, invalidation of warranty &/or the terms of a Service Pack.

This kit includes 1 head wiper unit and 2 flushing pads. No special tools are required for use however please follow instructions provided in your printer user guide.

DTG Manual Tube Cleaning Kit

The F2000 has been designed to provide superior imaging quality with simple operation and easy maintenance. It features automatic self-cleaning of the print head and ink lines.

This kit has been designed for customers who wish to reduce the ink wastage associated with automatic line cleaning. It requires the loading of new firmware and implementation of a manual cleaning process using the items included in this kit. The kit consists of two Droppers, a plastic cup, three 150ml bottles of Tube Cleaning Liquid, ten wipes and ten sets of plastic gloves.

IMPORTANT: The manual cleaning process must be undertaken DAILY per the instructions included in the kit. It must be done in ADDITION to the normal periodic maintenance using the standard kit (C13T736200) and care must be taken not to confuse the cleaning fluids in each kit. Incorrect use of the two fluids can CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE PRINTER and void warranty.

Inkjet printers can generate a small amount of peripheral airborne spray or mist. Epson DTG printers include a mist extraction system with filters that require periodic replacement.

IMPORTANT: Occasionally mist can escape the extraction system and adhere to internals within the printer. Periodic manual cleaning should be undertaken to remove ink build up. Please read your user manual carefully and follow instructions included with the printer and/ or provided separately by Epson. Should regular maintenance not be performed then it may invalidate warranty as well as the terms of a Service Pack.

This kit includes one replacement filter and five cleaning wipes.

Epson UltraChrome UV 1L Cleaning Liquid

Cleaning Liquid is used for daily cleaning and periodic maintenance. One bottle is included with each printer and replacements should be ordered as required.

IMPORTANT: Please carefully review the handling instructions included in your printer manual and on product packaging before use. Liquid should be transported and stored away from direct sunlight, in a cool dry place (-20^°~40^°C) and away from potential ignition sources. Operators should wear appropriate protective gear when handling. Bottles should be shaken well before use and liquid consumed before the Use By Date printed on the pack.

Flushing Pad Set

If printers are used intermittently then a buildup of ink can occur on the print heads which cannot be removed by the head wiper. Your printer incorporates a self-management system that will periodically eject a small amount of ink to prevent the phenomenon. These pads soak up the ejected ink and need to be periodically replaced. Replacement pads are included in the Head Cleaning Set (C13S210105) however if print volumes are particularly low then pads may need to be replaced more frequently.

This pack contains 2 pads and a set of gloves.

GS6000 Cleaning Cartridge

Cleaning carts are used for flushing lines and removing stubborn clogs which can occasionally occur when ink has not been mixed properly before insertion or when it has been allowed to stand for an extended period of time. Each cartridge can be used to clean a single channel and provides one full clean. It is highly recommended that GS6000 owners keep several of these on hand at all times (ideally a full set).
