      No, Epson Connect Email Print cannot print encrypted files. Also, the following files cannot be printed:

2.    Can I change my printer's email address?
      Yes. Follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to Epson Connect Email Print.

  2. If you have more than one printer connected, select the printer from the Printer List that you want to change the email address. (If you only have one printer connected, go to the next step).

  3. Click Change Printer Email from the menu on the left.

  4. Type the new printer email address in New Printer Email Address field.

  5. Click Apply, then click OK on the confirmation screen to apply the settings.

  6. Restart your printer.

  7. A restart is necessary for your new address to be associated with your printer.
Note: You can not choose a printer email address that is already in use by another user.

The new email address will not take effect until you restart the printer. This process also allows you to transfer a printer's Approved Senders list and other settings.

      Yes, the default setting allows anyone who knows your printer's email address to send emails and attachments for printing.       There are many factors that can affect document formatting. For best formatting results, convert the file to PDF before sending.

Note: In Excel, only the active worksheet will print, however any information outside of the Print Area may not print.

1.    How do I delete my Epson Connect Email Print account?
      Follow these steps:
  1. Delete all registered printers with the Printer Setup tool. You need to delete all printers before you can cancel the account.


  2. Sign in to your Epson Connect Email Print user account. Select Account Information in the upper right, and then click Delete User Account.
When you delete a User Account, the setting information i.e. Email address, Approved Senders List and Email notification settings of the printer are deleted too.

3.    What do I need to do when I transfer or dispose of my printer?
      You should delete the printer from your Epson Connect Email Print account to ensure that your email address is no longer associated with it. This way, any confidential or personal information will not be accidentally sent to a printer which you no longer own.

5.    Why should I delete my registered printer with the Epson Connect Setup Tool?
      If you assign/dispose of your printer in a registered state, there is a security risk that an email sent to your printer's email address will be printed at an unknown place. So please delete your registered printer before you release it.

If your not using the Email Print service anymore, you should also delete your printer.

After you delete your registered printer, the printer's email address will be invalid and the relationship to the user is deleted. Please delete the printer first and then delete the user.

You'll need to delete your registered printer while the printer is connected to the Epson Connect Email Print service. To delete the printer, sign in to your Epson Connect Email Print user account. Select Account Information in the upper right, and then click Delete User Account.
