Google Cloud Print - Installation

How to set up Google Cloud Print with a computer running Microsoft Windows.

  1. Set up your product with a wireless or Ethernet connection as described on the Start Here sheet for your product.

    To see the Start Here sheet for your product, go to Epson Support, select your product, select Manuals, then click on Start Here.


  2. Click or Start > All Programs or Programs > Epson Software > Download Navigator.

    Note: If you don't see Download Navigator in the Epson Software folder, go to Epson Support, select your product, select Drivers & Downloads, and then download and install the utility.


  3. When you see the following screen, select the check box next to each available update and click Install:



  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your product's firmware and install the Epson Printer Finder.

    Epson Printer Finder should start automatically once installation has completed. If it doesn't, click or Start > All Programs or Programs > Epson > Epson Printer Finder > Epson Printer Finder.


  5. Select the name of your product in the Printer Finder window and click Open Setup Page.




  6. Select the Google Cloud Print Setup option.



    Note: If you don't see the Google Cloud Print Setup option, turn your product off and back on. If your still don't see the option, run the Download Navigator again, install all available firmware updates, and try again.


  7. Click Register.




  8. Select the check box indicating that you have read and agree to the Usage Advisory and click Next.




  9. Click OK to launch the Google Cloud Print Beta sign-in screen. A separate browser window opens.


  10. Enter your Google username and password and click Sign in or, if you don't have an existing Google account, click Sign up for a new Google Account for a new Google Account and follow the on-screen instructions to open an account.




  11. Once you have logged into your account or created a new account, click Finish printer registration to complete the Google Cloud Print setup and print a test sheet.
