Overview

This offer only applies to the supply of Eligible Printer Models ordered with either 2 or 4 years CoverPlus. Equipment must be new and supplied by Epson Australia between the dates of 1 December 2019 and ~~21 February~~ 20 March 2020 (Limited Extension).
This offer is only available through Epson Australia Authorised Large Format Signage dealers and will be delivered as a discount on purchase. The actual value offered by an individual dealer may be greater than the nominated value but should not be less.
Trade-in equipment does not need to be operational, however to be eligible for this offer trade-ins must be designed for Signage/Décor/POS production, use Aqueous, Solvent, Resin/latex &/or UV ink types, and have a platen width of 50” or greater. Multiple printers can be traded however only one trade-in can be used for each new printer purchase.
Unless the trade-in is a late model Epson (S30600, S50600, or S70600) it is expected that the traded equipment will be decommissioned, and disposed of upon receipt of the new equipment. Once traded the same printer cannot be used as the basis for a subsequent trade-in application or for any other promotional offer extended by Epson Australia, whether undertaken by the original owner or any other party.
Customers will be required to provide details of their existing equipment to their dealer sufficient to prove its eligibility as a trade-in along with proof of ownership. Customers must agree to this information being forwarded to Epson Australia for the purpose of the dealer claiming the trade-in rebate, and for details to be logged to prevent any subsequent reclaim.
Epson liability is limited to the provision of a discount to authorised dealers on the purchase price of Eligible new printer models for the purpose of facilitating an Eligible trade-in during the nominated offer period. Epson accepts no liability should customers fail to complete their purchase during the offer period or equipment fails to ship during the offer period except in a situation where there is a supply shortage from Epson. Epson accepts no liability should the offer be incorrectly communicated by a dealer, an Epson staff member, or any other source including a news service. Epson accepts no liability should trade-in equipment be deemed ineligible due to specification or prior use in a trade-in promotion.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional program or special pricing extended by Epson Australia and we reserve the right to cancel or vary the offer at any time. Should the offer be cancelled or varied we will only honor the original terms where we are able to confirm that an order was received by Epson Australia during the period during which those terms were valid.
This offer only applies for Australian customers. Trade-in equipment must currently be located in Australia and new equipment must be installed in Australia.
