Great product
Had the smaller version prior for the last 2 years the ET2550. It has been trouble free and is used heavily for a small business. In that time have only had to purchase one set of ink refills. Great product has never let me down. This larger version so I can print A3 is working very well as expected.

Overall good printer though some shortfalls
I’ve purchased many epson printers over the years and had been waiting for an ecotank model that could match the features of the better workforce models with duplex scanning. And finally this model arrived in NZ. My sole remaining issue is the lack of apple AirPrint support, nearly all other models have this feature, and this “top of the range” model does not, despite the original advertising material advertising stating it did support AirPrint (removed when I drew their attention to this fact!). Epson NZ responsed saying I could return it for full refund; Not the most constructive response. They were supposed to be checking with Japan however I chased twice and nothing eventuated. No issues with printer, we’ve had it 4 months, and ‘soldier on’ with iPrint and connect as poor solutions for apple wireless devices.

Easy and quick to set up
This printer was an upgrade of our previous ET4550 EcoTank printer and hasn't disappointed. Easy and quick to set up on our WiFi network with hassle free printing from Mac and PC. Good quality printing and fast with the other features copying (reductions & enlargements) and scanning a must have and the Epson iPrint for mobile devices seems to work OK.

Poor ink filling
Very messy in opening bottles and filling tanks with ink compared to the ET4750 which is very easy with automatic fill and stop. You have to squeeze the bottles to inject ink into holding tanks and can over fill if not careful, also disappointed that I can't use my left over inks from the last printer (ET4750) which I returned, so now I they will go into the waste bin, what a waste.
