Rated 1 out of 5 by from Printer was working perfectly and died suddenly <1 year I bought the Epson ET2700 less than a year ago, printer quality is really good and was so happy with it - the eco tank technology is very efficient and reduce the running cost massively. Suddenly it stopped working - not powering on at all, tried exchanging the power cable, put in on a different plug/switch but nothing works! reached out to customer service and just asked me to go any of the service center to check it out and the closest is 30min away so that's at least couple of hours! didn't offer a replacement and picking up the dead one or anything!
