Brilliant Printer
I've had a number of cartridge printers over the years, and they all gave some kind of minor trouble.
The Epsom ET-2750 has been hammered in my home office for some considerable time and has NEVER faltered. It produces crisp text and great colors, and the ink tanks hardly move. I purchased a set of 4 additional ink bottles when I bought the printer, and they are still sealed.
I would say that the greatest feature of this printer is the money saved in ink cartridges. It's probably almost paid for itself in this regard.
the only two gripes are it's a little noisy and the manual is massive - It would take weeks to read it all but it's very easy to use for basic printing. All the bells and whistles it has, including double side printing are not that important to me.
Finally, it was extremely easy to set up...

Not Happy
Constantly cannot be found by my computer. Sometimes works by turning it on and off a few times.
Printer is less than half a metre from modem and computer
the connection is confirmed by printer, software is up to date and still does not work?
It shouldn't be this hard!

this product has great features
I needed to replace an old printer that I had difficulty finding ink cartridges for.I wanted a printer that is small in size and relatively portable as I was soon to relocate.
This model is compact,easily relocatable,Wi Fi compatable and has large ink storage as well as excellent print quality.
It perfectly meets my requirements.

Hopeless
Three years old and have always had problems. Have reinstalled dozens of times. Will not buy another product from this brand.
