Unreliable, an not very Eco printer
I dont think I have ever hated a printer more than this one. I bought for its eco credentials only to find that through the mass of models it didnt have auto dual-sided printing. For an Eco printer Eposon should probably design that in as standard features really.
I was offered an option to return it... but I didnt want to create more landfill... but I so wish I had.
Next, the Auto Document feeder for scanning failed, then worked, then failed, then tore up pages. At current rate its 50:50 if it loads a page to scan. Good luck managing to get a full document scanned.
Now the final straw is it randomly prints blank pages in a document and the paper feed often fails to draw paper into the printer... sometimes it notices and stops, other times it just merrily keeps on printing onto whatever wheels and cogs are inside this thing, only to deposit said random ink onto the back of the next slices of paper through the printer.
Its time for warranty... and I am dreading how much of a hassle this will be.

Compact and fairly easy to use
Compact and fits nicely Easy to load ink. As a senior it is not complicated to use

I love the eco tank as it is environmental friendly.
The product is very light and occupies less space compared to my last one. The ink is cheaper than I had before and much easier to find if I need a replacement. Hence, I switched to this one.
