wow, the photos are like the shops
i initially decided to buy a tank printer but when i heard about the ET 7700 features, i was set on this one.
i have so far tried the photo.......excellent reproduction.
i would certainly recommend this printer for the ecotank, photo quality, double print draw, usb and sd card option and the dvd..cd print.

Cost can't be beat for printing.
It's _slightly_ 'cheap' feeling - fiddly little bits that might break with careless use. It's got a relatively tiny paper tray and accessories that appear to have to live on the desk beside it. Aside from that it's a fantastic little printer and the cost per page printing is 20 years late - but VERY welcome! For the graphics I do (basic advertising, graphs and child school stuff) it's great. I use a laser for 'formal' letters because the text print quality is slightly better (if more expensive) but I bought the Epson 7700 for its colour printing and for that it is the best I could find in the $500-$1500 category. I'm probably the only person in the entire world who would have preferred an A3 scanner with it, but I am extremely happy with this purchase - you will be too.

Compact. Good looks. Economical. Practical.
Upgraded to Epson Eco Tank for practical and economical reasons. Initial outlay more costly but this printer will be used regularly and so I required a no fuss printer that did not need replacement of expensive cartridges.

Great features and print quality
Only just got but have setup easily using Epson IPrint which is simple to use. Prints documents no problem. Had issues with photo paper jamming (5x7) and found out because it needed to pushed harder up than the guide click had allowed for. This seems to require adjusting regular which is a bit of a pain. Was not using Epson photo appear so will buy some and hopefully this fixes this issue.
