set up was not easy but ut finally working
the set up was not straight forward for a number of reasons. firstly the software in the box came on a disk. Who still has disk drivers? So i went online to find and download the software. the drivers are different for USB connection and wi fi connection it didn't matter neither of them functioned the computer and the printer simply could not find each other. When i did finally get it partially working it took over 20minutes for a page to print. I had to get out a IT person to my home at a cost of another $150 to get it set up. He was here for 1 and half hours to accomplish the task. In this day and age I expect plug and play.

Promise of reliability
Only had the new printer for one day. Easy (but slow) to set up. CD not Mac compatible but no real problem. Wifi connect perfect. Previous Epson was always dropping out
