Looking forward to some good use of my Epson.
This is the first time I have bought an Epson Printer and so far it is looking good! My son has an Epson he likes it and this one seems to be able to do all I need it to do.
Economical use of ink is a plus.

control panel is very easy to use
unfortunatley my laptop doesn't have a cd compartment, so l had to install the printer via website which took forever, but l finally got it done! Also the manual could be more detailed

From the first setup, not printing correctly. Checked & cleaned print head nozzles numerous times and print quality no better. Black Ink stating low already! Barely used it yet. After wifi setup complete, tried to update. Would not update. Taking this back to shop to resolve, or getting my money back!

test (installation) Printout suggested excellent results. Actual performance was less so. Could not find solution in website.
Had qualified technician set up printer. Printer test page was perfect. Took printer home and tested printer with 4 text and images downloads. In each case, print quality was very poor...both with colour and black. Setting up instructions contained details of how to address print quality issues. Logged onto epsonconnect.com and entered "Click here when the product quality is poor". Nothing. Tried again and still nothing. Advised 'could not find etc etc.'. Searching around, led me here. What to do?
