Rated 4 out of 5 by from home printer I bought this printer for craft and personal use at home, i love that it is small and will not take up much room I have just purchased today so I have not been able to try it out yet but i owned a epson previously and found it to reliable and great for home use. The only negative is the price of the ink, it cost more for the ink than the printer itself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard to connect to NBN It’s taken 3 days to figure out how to connect it to my NBN. I called support the first day, she needed help (was hard to understand), would call me back. She did. Still couldn’t figure it out, said she would call back…..still waiting! The information should be on the setup sheet instead of me having to look everywhere on the internet and then stumbling on what I needed to do. Certainly was not as easy as my WorkForce one.
