product is perfectly tailored for people who have limited printing experience
I found the Epsom WF3540 workforce incredibly easy to set-up and its functions clearly explained.I do a reasonable amount of photo reprinting so that cherished memories and people remain as fresh as the day I witnessed and many people are astounded as to the sharpness and quality of the images.For me this printer is 2nd to none and stands out as "The perfect home printer".......regards leigh.l

set up frustrating
I got my new printer home and inserted the installation cd, 3 hours later after much frustration with the error message i was getting at 75% of the install done that it could not find the software required to complete this simple of tasks. I phoned the help desk and he ran me through a couple of tasks and said the me try again and if it fails call back but leave the error message on your screen, So again i started the install well you wouldnt believe it error, I called back and someone else answered and told me that the installation cd in not compatible with Mac 10.9. and that was something that i made very clear to the person selling me the printer and the person who gave me trouble shooting advice. The second trouble shooter from the call centre explained i had to down load the program. Very Frustrating....

Excellent bang for buck
I've used this for 1 month and have found it very good. Easy to setup either by USB or WiFi.
Speed is brilliant and the duplexing is great.
