Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all-in-one inkjet printer at an affordable price Having used Epson XP Home printers for a long time, I was inclined to try out another brand but could not overlook the sheer value, quality and performance of the Workforce series. The WF-3620 prints very well at high speed and can compete with any comparable laser printer. Perfect for home or home office use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use. Had trouble installing drivers Had a lot of trouble setting up the software driver for wireless printing. Had to get professional help four times and also had to get third party software. Had trouble photo copying. There was no information in the manual to say that you had to press normal to copy one side of the the paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent printer for a budget price. We had the model before this one and loved it, so we replaced it with the new model. It's not quite as good with printing quality as the previous model but does the job. Easy to use and love the double sided option (I use this all the time).
