Worst printer I have ever owned
I have had this printer for over 12 months and I'm ready to dump it! If you want to use it on a single PC that's fine but if you want print from other devices then forget it.
We have 3 laptops as well as a desktop. No issues printing from the desktop, but only 1 laptop connects to it and its hit and miss whether it prints or not. Only way to guarantee it prints is to connect a network cable.
Cant connect via in built wireless, simply wont recognise a PC.
Possibly that last Epson printer I will own.....

Disappointing Reliability
I bought this printer because I had read reviews that the ink was most economical - and it may well be true. All worked well to begin. I installed the WiFi connection and printed in another room from the computer. Then I received a pop-up message stating that I should update the software via a download. I did so - and then printing has become nearly impossible. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled the unimproved original software but nothing fixes the problem. I have moved the printer adjacent to the computer and used a USB link - that does not solve the problem. I have replaced all the ink cartridges - that did not solve the problem. I have followed all the FAQ - this does not help. Occasionally, the printer will work - but it is so unpredictable that I have taken to emailing stuff to work to be printed. I am very disappointed.

this product has some good features however not easy to set up.
Printer didnt set up as per the instructions which I always follow to the letter to ensure no issues with set up. However I had both a mac and a windows laptop and neither went to plan as far as the set up goes. I was sure to read the box to ensure it worked with my operating systems. My mac i have managed to get working through wireless but not my windows laptop which is the main reason i purchased the wireless one.
