Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best on market! Big unit - much bigger than our previous projector (Epson TW1000) but was still able to fit on original ceiling bracket. Menu system is easy to navigate around. Easy to set up. Clarity & sharpness of picture is amazing!! We have a 150" white screen & picture is so clear it's like watching a giant full HD TV. Great brand, great product - highly recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product ticks all the boxes After our original projector blew 2 lamps within a couple of weeks, was getting noisy, and the original supplier would not fix the problem saying nothing wrong with projector and were unable to supply a new lamp for another 3 to 4 weeks, we decided to look for a replacement projector that was from a manufacturer that had a better reputation. After researching available projectors on the market, we kept returning to the Epson EH TW8200 as it had all the features we were after including a higher light output of 2400 Lumens compared to our original of 1800, greater contrast ratio of 600000:1 compared to 10000:1. Yes, it is a larger unit than our original but is easier to operate with all the controls within easy reach. Also the lamp access location will make it easier when the time comes to eventually change the lamp as we will not need to remove the projector from the ceiling mounting to access. We also found that the remote control functions related to sound (e.g. mute, volume) automatically synced to our audio receiver without having to set anything up - Bonus!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wonderful - some advice for home theatre Displays high def blue rays as 110 -120 inch on wall in crystal clear resolution, equal to a cinema. Ensure that when you play std def dvd's, set the screen format on blue ray player to "fixed aspect ratio", not "original". In this way, you will get a great picture, upscaled to display on a high def projector on a large screen, but NOT artificially stretched to fit the full screen. The small reduction in screen size is relatively unimportant. Don't bother buying a screen, providing your wall is NOT new and shiny and providing you can block light into the room. I use a $35 10 metre v1.3b HDMI cable, connected to my amplifier/receiver. All the best, Cheers
