1 Year On-site Epson CoverPlus provides additional one year service; covering parts, labour & on-going technical support over and above the standard 12 month base warranty for new product. For Factory Seconds Units, the base warranty is six (6) months.

• Fixed and minimised upfront pricing instead of per incident charges
• Unlimited technical phone & email support with priority phone queue and 4 business hour response
• On-site repair with comprehensive cover for labour and non-consumable parts replacement subject
to part life
• Additional cover for replacement of parts which reach end of life within the Cover period
and any previous Warranty
• Multiple service packs can be combined with the basic printer warranty to extend cover up to a
maximum total of 5 years for new units, or 4.5 years in the case of Factory Seconds units.
• Service packs may be purchased in conjunction with the printer or separately. If purchased
separately they must be ordered within 12 months of the original printer installation, or within 6 months of the purchase of Factory Seconds units purchased from Epson Australia.
