Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great full HD projector with excellent colour reproduction I just tried out my new Epson projector and it was everything I hoped for. Most projectors simply do not have a very high resolution for looking at text, spreadsheets and diagrams but this one does with 1920x1200 it is the highest resolution I could find. Just like a big HD screen you can comfortably read and see detail with no jagged lines and pixellation. The colours are true and bright and the 3LCD system obviously works well, this is a revelation compared to every other projector I have seen with dull and sad looking colour. Video playback was also excellent and the speaker is adequate i.e. loud and clear but not exactly Hifi. I projected onto the Epson portable screen and had no problems. It had an auto screen fit function and focus assist that worked well. It is obviously not as good as a monitor but but the image quality was surprisingly good, only sacrificing some contrast compared to a large TV or monitor but of course you can project a very large image that may people can see.
