Epson to demonstrate business and facilities printing solutions at Business Managers Victoria Leadership Conference 2026

MELBOURNE, 21 July – Epson will exhibit at the Business Managers Victoria Leadership Conference on Thursday 23 and Friday 24 July 2026 at the Nyall Banyul Geelong Convention Centre, where it will present practical print and scanning solutions designed specifically for the operational realities facing Victorian government school business managers.

The conference, organised by Business Managers Victoria (BMV), brings together education support staff responsible for business administration, finance and personnel management to participate in high-quality professional development, leadership training and strategic networking.

Epson’s participation is particularly relevant to attendees because school business managers are continually tasked with improving operational efficiency, managing tight budgets, supporting sustainability objectives and ensuring staff across the school have dependable technology tools.

The Epson products on display address two distinct but equally important operational areas: high-volume office administration and technical facilities management.

WorkForce Enterprise AM-C4000

The first Epson product being demonstrated is the WorkForce Enterprise AM-C4000, a compact A3 colour multifunction business printer that Epson will be showcasing for school business offices handling demanding workloads across finance, enrolments, compliance reporting, HR documentation and general communications.

Its high-speed performance, reliability and lower energy consumption make it well suited to busy school environments where minimal downtime and predictable running costs are essential.

For business managers focused on building organisational capability while controlling expenditure, the AM-C4000 represents a practical upgrade path that supports both productivity and more sustainable operational choices.

SureColor T3160M

Epson will also be demonstrating the SureColor T3160M, a compact large-format technical printer with integrated scanning capability that offers direct relevance to school facilities and capital works teams.

Business managers with oversight of property, maintenance, planning and infrastructure projects will find value in its ability to produce and scan detailed plans, drawings, maps and technical documentation on demand.

As schools increasingly manage campus development, refurbishment and compliance documentation internally, having large-format print and scan capability readily available can reduce reliance on external services, accelerate project timelines and improve in-house control over facilities documentation.

For BMV members, many of whom collaborate with the Department of Education and Training and maintain professional links with principals, school councils and national and international school business associations, the opportunity to evaluate technology in person at a leadership-focused conference is valuable.

Delegates attend the conference to research best practice, observe innovative models and build their leadership capacity across school operations. Epson’s presence at the conference gives them direct access to solutions that can support those goals in tangible, measurable ways.

Epson will be exhibiting during the Business Managers Victoria Leadership Conference on Thursday 23 July from 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 24 July from 8.00am to 12.00pm at the Nyall Banyul Geelong Convention Centre.
