Epson Australia and Epson Authorised Service Centres do not pro-actively contact customers offering support, repairs, maintenance services, warranty extensions or paid service plans.
Epson will only contact you if:
If you receive an unexpected call claiming to be from Epson or an Epson Authorised Service Centre, DO NOT provide personal information, payment details, product serial numbers or allow remote access to your computer!
If you are unsure whether a call is genuine, end the call and contact Epson directly through our official support channels.
