Trade-in your old solvent printer for a new Epson SureColor S7160, S8160 or S9160 printer between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026, and claim the following cashback amounts.

*Note the Epson S-Series trade-in program 2026, ("Promotion") is for customers purchasing new eligible printers supplied through Epson Australia Pty Ltd, and purchased from an Epson Australia ("Epson") authorised large format reseller, dealer, or retailer located within Australia only. It specifically excludes printers purchased on Epson websites, or from outside of Australia, or provided by Epson with special pricing/supply terms. Giveaway units, second hand, demonstration, ex-demonstration, factory seconds, and other damaged products are not eligible for this Promotion. Cashback applies only to roll-to-roll signage trade-in equipment, 50-inch or wider, that has not been used in a previous trade-in claim.
Important dates:
  • Purchase period: between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026
  • Promotion close: last date to claim online 14 July 2026
  • Claim Form and proof of purchase to be received by Epson on or prior to: 21 July 2026
  • Cashbacks will be deposited via EFT: up to four (4) weeks after your claim form and proof of purchase have been received by Epson.
How to claim:
  1. Complete the online Promotion form ("Claim Form") with your contact details, purchasing details (serial number, date and store of purchase), and old printer pick-up details before 14 July 2026.
  2. Email a copy of the completed claim form and a copy of your proof of purchase (tax invoice) and photos of the old printer being traded in that clearly show the model name and serial number, to be received by Epson, on or prior to 21 July 2026.
  3. Email claims to:  marketingassistant@epson.com.au

Important information:

  • To be eligible for this promotion, the old printer must be traded in.  Old printer pick-up must be arranged through the Claim Form and is free of charge.
  • All cashbacks will only be paid by secure Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into your nominated bank account. Cheques and other forms of payment are not available.
  • All bank account information and personal data is stored in encrypted format. Bank account numbers are automatically deleted 6 months after the close of the Promotion.

  • This offer may only be claimed individually and not in conjunction with any other Epson promotion.
