Travelling charges may apply for equipment located outside major metro areas &/or with difficult access. IMPORTANT: Provision of service and support is subject a range of conditions including correct installation, operation in an appropriate environment, regular and appropriate user maintenance (as directed by the machine &/or in the user manual), and use of correct Epson consumables including ink, media, ribbons, and maintenance items (details can be found on the consumables tab of this web site).
