Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lasted 3 years and only 3 black cartridge changes! Really disappointed in this printer. Printer head had to be repaired after 12 months. Today an internal hardware failure error came up (0x97) After taking it in for repairs I was advised to repair it would mean bleeding the lines and replacing the hardware. Was advised it wouldn't be far off the price to purchase a replacement.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrating Regret buying this printer. Undoubtedly the most complex and user unfriendly piece of hardware I’ve ever tried to install on a network in 25 years. Still haven’t managed, to get it to recognise the other network PC’s. To scan a document, we have to insert a USB stick then take it to our desks. It regularly jams and keeps on reporting a jam for several restarts after the jam is cleared. Cartridges are expensive.
