This product has great features and reviews. Was Easy to set up.
Unfortunately I have a problem with copying and in some instances printing from APPS. I have followed all the troubleshooting suggestions (even if they are more than 12 months old) for updating/removing a error message. One cannot Copy due to: The paper source setting is invalid.
No amount of following the instructions on the screen, does not change the message or allow me to copy.

The Package arrived via mail, although large it was incredibly light. I'm not good with reading instructions it was relatively simple and easy to set up. Make sure you remove all the blue tape was the most challenging task. I think the printer assumes that you are stupid and once you power up it takes you by the hand and leads the way. The print quality from the first print was fantastic. I'm a very happy camper as I can now print graphic art and hubby can print his Uni assignments without stressing that he is wasting precious ink cartridges, finally, I used to feel bitter about replacing expensive and overpriced ink cartridges. YES, I'm now emancipated from ever replacing ink cartridges 5 mins after replacing them.

THE PRODUCT IS GOOD
THE PRODUCT IS GOOD BUT I DONT THINK IT HAS A SCAN AND PRINT AT THE ONE TIME YOU HAVE TO SCAN TO YOUR COMMUTER THEN FROM YOUR COMPUTER YOU HAVE TO PRINT IT IS VERY SLOW TO PRINT DONT KNOW IF YOU CAN TURBO IT FASTER BUT IT SEEMS ALL GOOD
