Back catalogue – Stylus Photo 2000P
Introducing a revolution in colour photo printing - the Epson Stylus Photo 2000P. At last, there's a printer that offers 100 years lightfast* prints using archival inks and new specialty media, delivered with the precision of our exclusive PerfectPicture Imaging System. Designed from the outset to produce professional quality photographic prints, the Epson STYLUS PHOTO 2000P is ideal for professional photographers, graphic designers and amateur enthusiasts.
Over 100-Years Lightfastness*
EPSONs STYLUS PHOTO 2000P represents a major development in digital photography by delivering the ability to create prints with 100 years lightfastness* in the office or home. Extended lightfastness, water-resistance and durability are achieved using a combination of Epsons all pigment, archival ColorFast inks and any of Epsons four new Specialty Media.
Archival Inks
Vivid, pure pigment colour is a distinguishing feature of our new ColorFast inks, but knowing they will still be there in 100 years is the real bonus. Each pigment particle in our revolutionary archival ColorFast inks is encapsulated within a layer of polymerized resin that fuses the ink to Epsons Specialty Media. Forming a super-smooth surface as the ink sets, pigment is dispersed evenly for reduced graininess and increased staying power.
New Photo-Quality Media
A range of new media has been developed specifically for the Epson STYLUS PHOTO 2000P. Offering a variety of surfaces from textured to high gloss, Epsons Specialty Media is ideal for bringing out the best in any image where long life is critical, for example limited edition prints of fine art or wedding photography.
With a maximum printable area of 32.5cm x 110cm, the Epson STYLUS PHOTO 2000P is the ideal choice for large high-quality gallery-ready prints. Eliminating left and right margins, the printer features edge-to-edge printing on both cut-sheet and roll paper.1 The roll paper holder is included with the printer, as well as a bonus pack of Epson Specialty Media.

* When printed on Epson Specialty Media using Epsons Archival Inks. Data is calculated using accelerated simulation of fading under indoor preservation conditions including fluorescent light (indoor display conditions) with glass mount.
Temperature, humidity and some atmospheric gases may also affect the rate of fading. The estimated lightfastness period does not indicate the colour changing or the durability of the paper itself. Epson recommends that your prints be stored in a photo album (or plastic photo storage box) in acid free, archival sleeves commonly available from most camera shops.
