Rated 4 out of 5 by from adequate performance for home use The Epson XP-235 is an adequate enough product for home use. Software UI is reasonably user-friendly so once you've learned about the features and their consequences it is reasonably easy to get jobs done. One downside is the cost of ink: it will cost you about $90 to purchase an ink set and the ink cartridges do not last all that long even without printing photographs. I wish there was an economy mode that uses less ink when you don't need plain saturated tones. But it's the same with other printer manufacturers: the printer itself is attractively priced, and then the inks will cost you an arm and a leg.
