| SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS | |||
| A Personal Computer will be required for installation and operation of this printing system. The PC should have a minimum 3Ghz multicore processor with separate GPU, 8GB memory, 250GB HDD (1TB recommended), running 64bit Windows 7/8 or OS X/10.6.8 or greater. For optimum performance it is recommended that 1000Base-T Ethernet networking be employed. A network with external Web access will be required for installation, registration and software activation. Operation of Epson Cloud Solution PORT will require that the printer be connected to a network with Internet access and a router configured for two way data exchange. The typical operational environment for this printer will require a calendar style heat press which will need to be sourced separately. Please speak with your dealer for recommendations. |

This printer is covered by a 30 day warranty that covers parts and labour. It is supplied with additional CoverPlus that extends cover to a total of 1, 3 or 5 years. Customers who need 2 or 4 year cover can purchase an additional 1 year of CoverPlus. Customers who order their printer with 1 or 3 year CoverPlus may extend cover through the purchase of one or more CoverPlus Packs within 365 days of the original installation (total cover may not exceed 5 years). Limitations apply to the provision of Warranty and CoverPlus. Support is only provided for product supplied through Epson Australia or Epson New Zealand. The facility is provided in conjunction with the Authorised Large Format Reseller through which the product is ordered and Epson’s network of Authorised Service partners. Service will be provided on-site at no charge for equipment located in major metropolitan areas with ready access.
