Amazed Easy to Set up and Great Results
Just took delivery of my new XP 860 printer, let me say how much smaller it is than my old TX300F Epson, but I was blown away by the first photo print I made, it was quality from my local digital print shop, I won't need to leave home again, this printer is amazing, I will have plenty of time to test it over xmas to see what it can fully do, overall Im impressed.

Functions and 6 ink colours make for magnificent photos plus great reports
Bought this to replace previous Epson which had reached the manufacturer specified page limit but was printing well. The double sided auto scan and print; wifi access via Apple Print, Google Chrome web, Android print and ethernet is fantastic and seamless. No drivers to install, just connect to the home network, and there it is!
Test photos printed thus far on Epson gloss paper are of quality sufficient to put on display and true to screen colour.
Double sided print requires no setup, it just works.
Very pleased we spent the extra money for all this functionality - particularly the 6 colour low fade inks. However, this does come at an initially gasp-worthy cost and ongoing higher ink costs

Great for photographs
This printer prints out lovely photos. The colours are great and the inks are easy to replace. It was easy to set up and to insert the paper. I like the way that the tray that the paper sits on when it has printed, closes automatically when the unit is turned off. Printing is quite so I forget I have printed sometimes. I have printed from my mobile and laptop and the results have been great. I make sure that when I print my photos I do only use the Epson photo papers as I did a test with a different brand and the quality was not as good.
